Teanice Wells-Ernest is a mom, grandmom, mentor, businesswoman, and first-generation agency owner, with an industry journey spanning nearly three decades. Her State Farm career began helping people recover from the unexpected during the claim process, where also as a community volunteer representing State Farm, she learned more about its community initiatives. When opportunity knocked, she advanced her career spending time in Public Affairs and with the Agency leadership team, before branching out on her own.

Then a widowed mother of teenagers, she opened her own agency in 2013. Today the proud mother of two is a new grandmom, and she and her team remain committed to giving customers what they need and making sure they understand their options.

Beyond the business she uses her platform to mentor youth and young adults, while providing resources to empower the next generation through education.

Teanice and her team bring a unique perspective to managing the risk of everyday life, recovering from the unexpected, and realizing dreams.
